Just recently my volume meter and my battery meter have disappeared from
the
lower right hand corner part of my start bar. ( i dont know what thats

) it happened after a windows XP update. i dont know if thats the cause

not. Is there anyway to fix this? thanks

Go into the power options section of the control panel (Start-Control
Panel-Power Options) and there's a check box for showing the meter on the
task bar. Make sure it's checked.
