Have you got any other cd burning programs installed. Another program might
be causing a conflict with nero. I had nero 7 but went back to nero 6
because nero 7 was unstable. If another program is causing a conflict that
would give you the problems mentioned. Goto start, run type msconfig and on
the start up tab disable all programs then reboot. This will give you a
resonably clean computer then see if nero runs without problems. If it runs
ok try enabling each program in msconfig one at a time till you find the
conflict. I know in the past easy cd creator caused conflicts with nero. I
dont know if it still does or if it now works wwith nero but if you have it
installled you might want to remove it till you get nero stable.
