Re: Ram Upgrade causes laptop to turn off?



MY APOLOGIES!
I took the 1gb out, ran Norton, and it also turned off on it's own when it
was about half way through doing the a virus scan.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, it's not the new RAM. I'll put the 1Gb back in.

Believe it or not, the 1 year warranty from Toshiba expired
today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
