That does work, but is it wise?.. are we to assume that the MS patch will
prevent the exploit even with the dll registered?..
There have been many articles, some conflicting in advice given.. certainly,
for users of Win 9x, the patch is useless, but I think that unregistering
the dll works..
Maybe an expert would like to step in and clarify these points..
