RE: Windows Freezes Daily



Back to the drawing board :(

System is still freezing regularly (but not frequently.

This is likely a normal event (HP never said anything about it) but happens
at the same time as the freeze:

Microsoft (R) Windows (R) 5.01. 2600 Service Pack 2 Multiprocessor Free

What is this? Since HP never mentioned it in the eventvwr logs I sent them,
I assume it is a natural process? Microsoft info link IDs it as a normal
event - although why would it happen at the same time the system freezes?
Just what exactly is this?
