When you start the computer are you able to log on as the Administrator or as a different user?

I have tried to delete a file from Documents and Settings folder. I click on
the properties and It states that there are no files under this folder. I
click to access the folder it states that it is not accessible. There are no
permissions set on this folder. I have ran a software program called R-Studio
NTFS. There are numerous files that are under this folder that I cannot
delete. And Its driving me up the wall..lol So wondering how can I access all
these files to delete them from my hard drive.

Any Suggestions would be appreciated.... Thanks in Advance..
