Testing Suite for system Administrators

Dear Microsoft,
I am a computer technician. For a description of my companies services
please see www.webspring.com
My biggest hurdle with customers is that it is difficult to troubleshoot the
operating system when a virus has attacked the system. I was wondering
whether Windows has a White Box testing suite which gives each dll or
executable an input, knows the output, and can tell whether a dll has been
corrupted by the output. It seems as though it would not be that difficult
to test the system based on Microsoft's current testing facilities. If they
can bundle them and sell them to administrators this would greatly help us in
troubleshooting problems. Also, I have never been able to successfully
repair the desktop with the Windows CD. Most of the time whenever there are
problems, (Blue screening, programs crashing) I have to re-install the whole
operating system. It should be more modular than this.
Please help... I would LOVE to hear from you. Please help.
Thank you,
John
