"You cannot install some updates or programs" http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822798/
From the site:When you use the Windows Update Web site to install updates, the installation fails and the Windows Update.log file contains error 80070643.
•You may receive the following error message when you try to install a program or update:
I didn't receive an error. A window along the top of I.E. came up and said to CLICK there if I wanted to install the Active-X from HP. Clicking *there* did not work. The website you sent me to doesn't address that issue. I want to get rid of this non-functioning problematic SP2 warning window - please tell me how.
