Prohibit access to the Control Panel

Set to Not configured

This is what gets set by the policy above.

Policies\Explorer
Value Name: NoControlPanel
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Value Data: 0 or 1
0 = disable restriction
1 = enable restriction
