Default process priority

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi,

I am running a process which takes most about 40% of my CPU usage. I can
change the process priority in task manager, but this doesn't solve the
problem as this process opens several other processes. This process is
ntaskldr.exe which known IBM issue for Lotus Notes 6.xx after an upgrade from
R5.

What I am trying to achive is to edit registry that the process will start
automaticali in a low priority.

If this will be possible we will deploye this temporary solution in our
network.

Can anybody know anything about it?
