Change location of synchonization files

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I have about 40 users who use offline files for their home drives. The
synchronisation worked fine but we have had to move the home drives to a
different server. It has picked up the new server ok, but it continually
tries to synchronise to the old server as well. I have deleted the offline
files – did not solve the problem. I have deleted the users profile (on the
server and on the laptop) – did not solve the problem. Any ideas?
Is there a registry key that records the location of the offline files that
I can change?
