I'm kind of new with XP so please help?
I received a message on my computer that the
System32/drivers/isapnp.sys file was corrupt or missing
and Windows wouldn't start. I tried system recovery and
the recovery disc would not read the system 32 drivers
files - unable to open. They are sending me recover
discs. I have the same computer at home and have the
file that is missing. But without knowing how to copy
that file onto the computer without a command prompt
before windows loads, I'm not sure how to get it on. Can
anyone tell me?

chances are a fresh copy of that file will not work, it did not work for
me so i have a workaround to fix it for myself, your welcome to try it
dont know if it will work for you but worth a shot? you may lose
everything on your computer but better than losing your mind ( I dont
lose anything at all when doing this but probably could somehow lol)
ok restart and tap your Delete key until your system Bios screen opens,
If it does move using your arrow keys to set system Defaults and hit
enter..then Save and exit...if you want put a password on your Bios so
noone can change them without askin you.
If your going to try a restore with your restore disks make sure disk #1
is in your computer when you restart it after setting the bios to default
because it should read the disk now. Also make sure you are disconnected
from the internet while doing this.
Good luck, Moto
