dear ted and who may have any idea

additional information:

this service is not running

system is xp pro sp2

pest scan gives only the results of overnet (p2p program) also there is no
virus by (AV, AntiVir) nor ad-aware, spybot..

what is it then?

ALSO,
a general question:

there is another service as "office source engine"
why is the manufacturer "unknown" if it is office related and why is it
"stopped" continuously
