I agree Dell is grand when it comes to Tech Support. I had a problem with my
old 2100 again I was "stumped" about something. I worked for hours on that
darn thing trying to get it to boot from CD. I did everything I could think
of. Turned out my HD was corrupt, not my fault I bought it that way. From day
one I had a hard time with it. Serves me right buying a system used. But to
make a long story short Dell sent me a new HD to install.
I know I should not be "stumped" when it comes to computer problems, But I
always said "Computers are a lot like women, finicky, need to dissect it to
find the problem and High Maintenance."
