I just installed XP professional and it is just too slow. I used to have home
edition and it was way faster. So I went thru the list of prcesses and I see
that there is a process called msn5.exe that eats about 50% of my CPU.

1. What the heck is it?
2. How do I stop it eating my CPU time? and consequently kill it all together.

Thanks,
Alex.
