Windows Explorer

Ok, i use my computer a lot, and sometimes for no reason
my explorer.exe will just shut itself down. I checked my
event viewer and it says that the error is "Faulting
application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2800.1106, faulting
module shell32.dll, version 6.0.2800.1233, fault address
0x0006ef21."
Any ideas would be helpful, thanks =)
