Hi Paul,
Check under the Screen Saver tab in Display Properties. If there is a
checkmark in the checkbox beside "On Resume, Prompt for Password" or "On
Resume, display Welcome Screen", click in the checkbox to clear the
checkmark. Click on Apply then OK.
Also, open the Power Options applet in Control Panel. Under the Advanced
tab, if there is a checkmark in the checkbox beside "Prompt for password
when computer resumes from standby", click in the checkbox to clear the
checkmark. Click on Apply then OK.
