Can't load my programs

I ran AVG to get rid of trojan. Now I can't load any of
my program - word, spider solitare, etc. Each time it
says it can't find rundl32 or some other message. I
attempted to reload windows, however it says I don't have
permission. The account I am using should have been an
administrator. I can't remember the password.
