When opening either installed programs (Quickbooks Pro)
or trying to install other programs from CD "E" drive,
 I get this Error message:

16 Bit Windows Subsystem

C:\Windows\System32\Autoexec.NT.

The System File is Not Suitable For Running MS-DOS
and Microsoft Windows Applications

Chose 'Close' to Terminate the Application

                      Close Ignore

Ignore does not cause the program to run or to load

  from a CD

How Can I fix this Problem ???

Bill
