I'm trying to download service pack 2 for Windows XP
Home. When I hit the install button, it gives me an
error box saying I chose not to install all available
updates, and then says I chose not to accept the EULA. I
am not given the option of accepting or rejecting the
EULA. Also, in the bottom task bar of my screen, now and
then the auto update icon shows up, and shows 16%
progress, and has shown this same value for two weeks.
