error messages

Every time I restart my pc, I get a window saying " error
loading c:\windows\system32\he3e3fc4.dll" "the specified
module could not be found"... ANY clue as to what this
is...I get 3 of these windows on top of each other with
different dll's, all of which this claims not to be
found. What is it and how do I fix it..does anyone
know? I have had a virus on the system so I'm not sure
if it corrupted those files or if it is bogus. Thx all
for your help!
