error in installation

Can someone tell me how to fix this problem,ive tried the
steps suggested but didnt work how can i fix it ?????

Here is the exact message

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down

time youve seen this stop error screen, restart your
computer.

If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check for Virus's on your comp.
Remove any newly installed HardDrives or hard drive
controlers.
Check Your hard drive to ensure it is properly configerd
and terminated.
Run CHKDSK /F to check for harddrive corupption.
And then restat your computer.
