generic firewall application, some fixes to Internet
Explorer and I'm sure some fixes for stability. Since
you're on a modem (no broadband) you are probably okay
with what you have. I'm a strong beleiver that "if it
ain't broke, don't fix it" If you ever upgrade to dsl
or cable internet access that I would highly recommend you
download the update.
