Are you using any others cameras or the like. Have you ever used any other
printers or scanners other than those mentioned earlier?
I thought we had established a delay involving the Windows Image
Acquisition? However, have you seen this Article, which mentions modems in
addition to printers / scanners.

Note the test for eliminating printers / scanners is not the same as the one
you did. Does the problem go away if you Stop the Windows Acquisition
Service?
