New program installed

Go to "Start Menu", "Control Panel" "Appearance and
Themes" "Taskbar and Start Menu" "Start Menu
(Tab)", "Customize", "Advanced" the see "Start Menu
Settings" REMOVE THE CHECK MARK ON "highlight newly
installed programs". click ok to save your changes and
from now on your start menu will no longer produce the
message and highlighted area of the last program you
installed.
