Deleted Account in XP Pro

I had my Administrator account, which had all of the programs I've installed
along with all of my music that I have put on the computer, etc. I set up
another user account and when I restarted my administrator account was gone,
along with all of my music and programs. Is there anyway I can recover my
original account?
