Thank you for posting here.
I understand that when the Windows XP loads, the system displays the
following error.
Error Loading c:\windows\system32\nvcpl.dll
During my research I found that the error message is due to the Nvidia
display drivers. Many issues with the similar error message was solved
after updating the latest driver for the display adapter from Nvidia
website.
Please update the system with the latest display driver for the display
adapter. Then check if the error message still appears.
