Ok, here are all the errors in the log:

Perflib (i have about 10 or 15 of these)
The open procedure for service "WmiApRpl" in
DLL "C:\WINDOWS\System32\wbem\wmiaprpl.dll" has taken
longer than the established wait time to complete. There
may be a problem with this extensible counter or the
service it is collecting data from or the system may have
been very busy when this call was attempted.

PerfNet
Unable to open the Server service. Server performance
data will not be returned. Error code returned is in data
DWORD 0.

Application (uninmportant, I know)
Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2800.1106,
faulting module googletoolbar1.dll, version 2.0.112.0,
fault address 0x00023b12.

MsiInstaller (2 of theses)
The description for Event ID ( 10000 ) in Source (
MsiInstaller ) cannot be found. The local computer may

Okay, those were the applications. Here are the system
errors:

Service control Manager
The Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated

DHCP
The IP address lease 192.168.1.100 for the Network Card
with network address 000C41A73DBA has been denied by the
DHCP server 192.168.1.1 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK
message).

SCM
The NVIDIA Driver Helper Service service hung on starting.

ATMhlpr
The description for Event ID ( 43 ) in Source (
ATMhelpr ) cannot be found. The local computer may not
have the necessary registry information or message DLL
files to display messages from a remote computer. You may

Thats it. Do any of those affect how much CPU the system
uses?
