>Have you done this(when I increase page file after
awhile I will get a VM message)When I put together a box
for a friend,I'll set it to system managed size That way
it'll ALWAYS use as much as needed(as long as you have
hard drive space)Makes it easy when your working, the
system will always select the size.Windows 98,2000,ME all
came with system select as default,XP though has it as
1.5 X the ram size,so if it is 512MB,it should be set at
768MB(I have set it as high as 5000MB,and just tried to
copy and paste an address in the box and got the
warning).Do yourself a lot of good and set it to system
selected size. Also if you delete that .sys your system
may not work properly!change the page file and reboot.I
have mine set there and haven't seen the warning in over
a year!I put together over 50 computers for friends and
they never compain about a VM warning. ------------
