norton has found a
virus"pwsteal.banker.b"backdoor.agent.b,norton says this
file cannot be deleted or quarentined,virus alert window
says-access to the file was denied.I have run a scan with
system restore off in regular mode and in safe mode.I
have followed the removal instructions from symantec.The
values they say to delete in the registry are not
there.Nothing seams to work.Can someone please help?
