Thank you for posting!
I also agree. When you shut down your computer, all Windows application
should not work any more. The only possible cause is the configuration in
BIOS settings.
Please consult your manufacture to disable wake on LAN, automatic boot
settings and any other configuration like these to prevent your computer
from starting at night.
