Hi,

To check out what's the problem, I formatted my hard drive (no files
even at other disk partitions) and installed Windows XP, Visual
Studio.NET, Office and all basic stuff that I need for the development.
(All from vendor CDs or my own programs.) WITHOUT having the internet
connection!

I ran antivirus (with the most recent database) + adaware for sure, have
XP SP1 with security updates (maybe not all, I'm not sure but I don't
think this is the reason)

You can be sure there's no process running that would cause that, I know
all the processes personally;) and their purpose, too. I always work
with task manager running in the systray... If something new appears, I
know about it.

thanks for your time.
