After XP SP1 is installed, f.Seek( fb.m_offset, CFile::begin ) is slow

File io is significantly slower on XP pro with SP1
installed vs not installed. The fix for KB article 815411
does not help. Has anyone else experience file io slowdown
after appling XP Professional SP1?
