Thanks for the suggestions. I did some of the things you
mentioned so will try all of them. I felt there must be a
virus or spyware as you mention but the machine freezes
to a halt after it starts as with the logon process from
one of the user accounts takes for ever to run. One the
desktop appears no program from there will run. I can get
into the system folders so will try again with your
suggestions. Also, they did setup separate user accounts
but do not use them so I would like to remove all the
user accounts and setup just one for them to use, is this
an easy task to do.
