Hello, I have windows XP on my computer. When I load my
recently purchased McAfee security suite version 6.0 on
Windows XP, I cannot access the internet. The message I
get is -Explorer has experienced a problem and will
shutdown. However, I still get an internet connection, I
just cannot go on it. My Internet provider is Sympatico(I
live in Ontario, Canada). Once I remove McAfee from my
computer, I have no problem connecting. Is there a
compatibility problem with windows XP and McAfee 6.0 that
anybody knows of? Or is it in between Sympatico and
McAfee. What am I doing wrong? If you have encountered
this problem, please contact me. Thank you,
Marc.
