computer startup and n-case

It takes time logging in and when i get to the desktop
veiwi cant see any icons or the taskbar, so i have to use
windows task manager, and then when i click explore, it
makes all the desktop icons and tasbar appear, and also
shows a error message saying it cant find the file.
This affects all users.
And also on another user a window shows saying n-case is
missing, and that it needs to re-install.
i dont know what this is, and i dont know if its causing
the problem.
I cant do system restore, and i dont want to re-install
windows. e-mail or reply here.
