Hello,

Every time I boot up my PC, it brings up the error
message 'hpwinsv2.exe' is unavailable & it hangs for a
couple of minutes (then works ok).

I have tried running defrag, this didn't work. Does
anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks!!

David
