Hi,

Issue you are facing
=================
When you try to access 'user accounts' from the Control Panel menu you get
a 'Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment' message, and a
completely blank user accounts window.

Solution
=======
Note: This error message refers to some script not excuting properly.
Please see if this resolution provided helps.

1. Click Start ->Run
2. Type "regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\jscript.dll" (without quotes) and
click 'OK'.
    Then you should get a message "DllRegisterServer in
c:\windows\system32\jscript.ddll succeeded."
3. Again click Start -> Run
4. Type "regsvr32 /i c:\windows\system32\shell32.dll" (without quotes) and
click 'OK'.
    Then you should get a message "DllRegisterServer and DllInstall in
c:\windows\system32\shell32.dll succeeded."

Hope this helps ...... :)
