Go to Start, (Settings), Control Panel, System, Advanced
(tab), Startup and Recovery (Settings), and uncheck the
Automatically Restart option under System Failure. Next
time it happens, hopefully, you will get an error message,
thus, a clue. That's what we need, a clue. It's probably
a program or driver but what's needed is a CLUE.
