Windows Product Activation Error

Copied partition of primary drive to a bigger one
perfectly.

Bootup PC and instead of usual Welcome Screen it's
changed to the "Classic Login" with a blank background,
and when okay is clicked it gets past loading personal
settings, then stays on a blank screen for a bit then the
following error message occurs:

Windows Product Activation
A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking
the license for this computer. Error code: 0x80090006

Note: Winodws is activated

Please help me
