Youre searching is partly correct (virtual memory) which consists of
both ram memory and the page file.However system files have nothing to
do with it.R.click my computer,properties,advanced,virtual memory,click
the change button,what opens are the page file settings.Min should be 1 1/2 X
ram, Max. is 3 X ram,however the best policy is to let windows adjust unless its
set wrong.Whenever you decide on or type in a setting,click set 2 X for it to be
applied.Increasing ram,increases page file,installing a second or 3rd hd increases
the page file.To move the page file,get kb307886
