In the startup TAB, rundll32 trying to load something? If so, search Google
for the filename that it trying to load, could be spyware, a virus or a
browser hack (had one today that tried to load itself like that). If you
find it to be malware, uncheck it so it will not load again.
Alternatively you could have a malware detector take care of it, Spybot
detected the one that tried to intrude my system today.
