Continual receipt of a message

I am continually getting a msg come up on screen as follows:

Windows Cannot Find C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\BIN\djrunner2.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click search.

I have not got a clue where this has come from, or why it as been appearing for the last 24 hours. Can you shed any light on this matter please.
