Windows XP Unexpectedly Shuts Down and Reboots

I already tried the worm removal tool before reformatting
and reinstalling. I have not done this since the reformat
reinstall but this should not matter as the reformat
should have gotten rid of the worm. Am I correct? Any
other ideas; anyone!
