rundll32.exe Error

Hello,

I posted this message in other parts of the site because
i dont know what to put it under and o i will get more
then a few responses.

Everytime I shutdown or restart my computer I have and
End Task screen with the rundll32.exe wanting to end. I
have no idea why this would come up and it just happend
last week. I looked on the microsoft website and found
nothing like this and just happened to click to this part
of the site. I have tryed everything I could posibly
think of. I was woundering if there is somebody out
there that knows anything aobut this error and how to fix
