Ridding of www.your-seach.info/start.html from desktop. HELP!!!

Does anybody know how to get rid of www.your-seach.info/start.html from desktop? Also, took over my explorer.
I tried deleting and cleaning trash to get rid of 3 icons this site put on my desktop. Also, reset my explorer back, to show Yahoo. But when I restart my computer, the desktop stuff comes back. And my explorer goes back to that stupid site.

I Also tried to Restore my computer to an earlier time, but I get an error, saying to pick a different date. I tried this about 7 times, but got the same error.

I think my Windows Media Player is on the fritz, also. Caused by the same site?

Sorry, I'm not very tech savy. So be gentle on me.
