I'm hoping someone can help.I am running XP and it has
been slugish and sometimes very slow in responding to
commands.I downloaded SYSTEM MECHANIC and used several of
their features.......after defragmenting disk option was
taking so very long I canceled it and rebooted my PC to
activated the other things I had done with ".system
mechanic".........well ,now I have a completely black
screen with a the curser in the middle of it and can't get
it to do anything.......I tried to use safe mode.and the
mode STARTUP SYSTEM FROM LAST SUCCESSFUL START and even
the startup NORMAL mode.but all I get is a black screen
....in safe mode I get a black screen with SAFE MODE
written in all four corners of the screen..do any of you
out there have any suggestions or even better.the ANSWER
