XP will not load on reboot...

If it is a virus,then DO NOT use system restore. If you
can get into safe mode, go to control
panel>system>advance tab>startup and recovery
section,click settings>system
failure,uncheck "automatically restart". This should keep
it from re-booting and at least give you a message of
what failure is occuring.Check event log for clues.Also,
if you can get to safemode using network,go to "pcpitstop"
