Well short answer to this is how much to you know about
computers?
So this is what you do. Run the free spyware program.
Write down all information they give you as hits,
Then go to your uninstall and remove the spyware free
program.
Next go into your file regristry,
THis is found in your c drive under windows,
yes you will be asked if you really want to change the
files this is okay, so press okay,
When it opens looks for the exact files you wrote down,
that is why it is very important that you write the whole
address down.
Then just delete each and every one, if you miss one then
it will reinstall it the next time.
