I agree,except-Msconfig-uncheck everything from msconfig
start--run--type msconfig--ok--startup tab--uncheck
everything--ok--don't restart----run this utility from
kelly's korner--open it remove all items--go into your
antivirus and check it to run at startup,that's all you
need at startup get that tweak from
